About Us

Established in 1996, the AIAC portfolio consists of 78 manufacturing and distribution sites in 24 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia. AIAC owns over 6.5 million square feet of industrial real estate and holds the exclusive, perpetual license to harvest 22 million acres of prime Canadian timberland.

  • AIAC acquires underperforming and non-core manufacturing and distribution businesses from public and private corporations.  Sellers range from leading multinational corporations to individual private sellers.

  • AIAC can provide solutions for secured and subordinated lenders with loans to companies that cannot meet their financial commitments.

  • AIAC offers transactional rewards for independent sponsors, corporate development professionals, professional service organizations or other sources who introduce AIAC to new investment opportunities.

  • AIAC is conservatively capitalized with permanent equity capital and no net debt.

  • AIAC and its affiliates seek traditional limited partner or co-investment opportunities on a sector agnostic basis from blue chip asset management or traditional private equity platforms. Our group mandate is also to seek diversity from our core strategy and review such opportunities on a case by case basis.

AIAC is an Industrial manufacturing focused group. We look to acquire manufacturing companies from the largest corporations in the world. We were founded on the principle of acquiring under-performing companies and helping those companies to survive and thrive.
